Returns & Refunds

The Battle Opener wants you to love our products! If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within a week of delivery, so that we can help as quickly as possible.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Non-Personalized Items: Standard items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
    The item must be unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs; replacements or refunds will be provided within 1 week after the return has been received.
  • Personalized/Custom Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products, as they are specifically made for you and cannot be resold.
  • Exceptions (Seller Error): We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund (your choice) if the item arrives damaged, or if we have made an error, (such as a misspelling or an incorrect color combination) that deviates from your order request.
    • Proof of Error: Please send a photo of the item and a screenshot of your original order showing the error.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom or personalized orders (unless seller error).
    • Digital downloads.
    • Gift cards.

Limited Warranty

While we expect all our products to last for years, we cannot guarantee that they will hold up under all conditions, and in all use cases.

For example:

  • A BattleOpener’s twist-off grip shouldn’t become damaged while removing twist-off caps, but might not survive attempts to twist pry-off caps.
  • A BattleBarBlade won’t bend or break while opening bottles or beverage cans, but might be damaged if used to pry open a 55 gallon drum of muriatic acid.
  • A nameplate shouldn’t fall apart while sitting on a desk in an office, but might melt if that desk is near a blast furnace.

If you feel that your product has not held up under its intended use, or that it became damaged due to manufacturing defect, please let us know!
